You may be familiar with the Rating (Likert Scale) Question Type which allows your survey respondents to rate a statement according to a scale (often ranging from disagree to agree).
The Likert Scale question is a great option for rating a single statement but sometimes you need to rate several statements across the same scale. While you can certainly tackle this by creating several stand-alone Likert Scale questions, you might consider combining the separate statements into a grid format for the following result:
To achieve the above configuration, we recommend using the Radio Button Grid Question Type. Your rating statements should be used as the Row Headers, whereas the scale should be split up among the Column Headers.
