Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue that caused private domains for customers in EU to be incorrectly formatted in links in some rare cases.
- Added an option to report filters to allow the creation of case sensitive and case insensitive filters.
- Resolved an issue that caused page links in response tables in shared reports to sometimes redirect viewers to the login page instead of showing the next page of responses.
- Added the ability to use the value stored in a Hidden Value Action as the password for a Login/Password Action. This enables passwords to be set using integrations, merge codes, logic, or any other way values can be stored in Hidden Value Actions.
- Resolved an issue that caused question library questions to not include the display logic conditions when added to surveys in some cases.
- Resolved an issue that caused question library pages with actions to not include the display logic conditions when added to surveys in some cases.
- Resolved an issue that caused the theme styles to display incorrectly on the first page of embedded surveys in some cases.
- Resolved an issue that caused the license type assigned to users to change unexpectedly in rare cases.
- Added the ‘date_updated’ to the get survey responses v5 API. The ‘date_updated’ provides the timestamp when the response was last updated and provides a way to query for responses that have been updated within a specific timeframe.
- Fixed a bug where, in certain cases, adding an action to a survey would cause the action to appear twice on the page
- Fixed an issue in the Survey Builder where the “Move” pop-up cannot be clicked.
- If a user’s session expired while the Crosstab Builder was open, the application would not gracefully redirect to the login page. This could result in a broken or frozen interface, requiring a manual refresh.
Alchemer Workflow
Improvements & Bug Fixes
- Email delivery can now be monitored across all workflow runs, just like with standard survey email campaigns. This makes it easy to spot and investigate bounced emails, helping keep mailing lists clean and up to date.
- Added a new role permission to ‘Access Workflow’ to allow administrators to control which roles and teams have access to Workflows.
- Removed the ability to set an arbitrary domain in the ‘reply-to’ address for emails sent by Alchemer to improve email deliverability. The ‘reply-to’ domain will now be the same as the sending domain.
