Alchemer Survey
More reliable survey-taking experience
We've addressed several issues to ensure respondents' answers are captured and handled correctly:
- Security improvement: URL variables on survey-taking pages are now handled more securely. No action is required.
- When a respondent had the same unique survey link open in multiple browser tabs, submitting from an older tab could remove required answers from an already-submitted response. Responses now retain all submitted answers regardless of tab order.
These fixes help protect both response integrity and the security of your surveys.
Alchemer Reporting & Exports
More complete and accurate reports
Several gaps in reporting have been resolved, making your Standard Reports and exports more reliable:
- Text Highlighter reporting elements now include responses submitted in non-default translations—previously, only default-language responses appeared for some questions.
- Date filters applied to individual reporting elements in Standard Reports no longer return an error.
- Hierarchically piped data and hard-coded answer options within piped questions are now included in Standard Reports. This data was previously excluded.
- Continuous Sum question statistics are now included in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint exports even after editing global report options—previously, only the Total Responses row was exported.
- CSV and Excel exports now consistently use the survey's current default language, even when the default language was changed partway through building the survey.
- The Response Tracking Page Completion and Response Map graphs on the Share tab are displaying data again.
- Downloading Delivery Stats for an A/B workflow with "All Versions" selected now produces a complete file instead of an empty download.
These updates ensure your data is complete, accurate, and ready to act on.
Alchemer Responses & Contact Data
More reliable response and contact management
We've resolved two issues that affected response deletion and contact data integrity:
- The permanent response deletion flow no longer hangs on the review step for surveys that use page repeating.
- Deleting a custom field from an email list now removes it from contacts as well. Previously, deleted fields could reappear as columns in status-log exports of later campaigns.
These fixes keep your contact data clean and your response management workflows running smoothly.
Alchemer API
API v5 improvements for contacts and email campaigns
Several v5 API issues have been resolved to make integrations more accurate and consistent:
- Setting
from[email]on the EmailMessage sub-object now correctly updates the campaign's Send From address—previously it was updating the Reply-To field instead. - The
surveycampaignemail message endpoints now validate thatfrom[email]uses a domain approved for your account, matching the behavior in the UI. - Creating a contact with
is_manager=falsenow correctly sets that value to false—previously, any provided value resulted in true. - The
ContactListContactendpoints again accept custom field parameters when creating or updating contacts. A recent regression had caused these parameters to be ignored. - Answer options created via the API no longer gain extra backslashes around quotes, and HTML in option titles renders as intended.
These fixes bring the API in line with expected behavior, making it easier to manage contacts and campaigns programmatically.
Alchemer Integrations & Website Intercepts
More reliable integrations and trusted intercept delivery
We've improved reliability for two integrations and addressed a trust issue with EU website intercept scripts:
- Digital Get Conversation and HubSpot Get Record integrations no longer intermittently fail to return data when respondents advance survey pages quickly. Mapped questions now populate reliably, and integration runs are logged.
- EU account website intercept scripts are now served from a trusted Alchemer domain. Previously, scripts referenced a legacy domain that some browser security tools flagged as low-trust.
These updates ensure your integrations run as expected and that your intercept scripts load reliably for respondents everywhere.

Clearer targeting rules and a more polished UI
Several improvements make the targeting and app management experience more intuitive:

- Informational text in targeting criteria is now grammatically correct.
- A false red validation warning that appeared next to the latest SDK version display has been removed.
- The current app now appears at the top of the app selection list, making it faster to find what you're working on.

These updates make it easier to configure and manage your interactions with confidence.
SDK and preview improvements
We've updated preview experiences and expanded platform capabilities to better support current SDK versions and larger-scale use cases:
- The in-platform iOS preview has been updated to align with the current iOS SDK and design standards.
- The Love Dialog UI now matches the latest iOS design, so previews accurately reflect the respondent experience.
- Interactions now support customer ID lists of more than 1,000, enabling targeting at greater scale across your audience.
- Fixed an issue where the legacy rating dialog appeared on Android for new projects instead of the updated rating flow.
These changes keep your preview experiences accurate and your targeting capabilities aligned with what your SDK supports.
