Alchemer Survey
Improved Integration Factory Actions Reliability
Integration Factory Actions now behave consistently across repeated pages and copied surveys.
- Actions now trigger correctly for each instance of a repeated page, based on your configuration (e.g., once per response vs. every time)
- Copying a survey no longer links Integration Factory Actions between the original and the copy
These fixes restore expected behavior and improve reliability across survey configurations.
Safer Data Imports for Surveys with Repeated Pages
Data imports into surveys with multiple repeated page sets are now more reliable.
- Imports only update mapped fields
- Existing repeated data is preserved and no longer at risk of being unintentionally removed
This ensures safer bulk updates and better data integrity.
Improved Workflow Monitor Performance
The Workflow Monitor tab now loads more efficiently for workflows with very large run histories.
- The view prioritizes recent runs, improving load times and reliability
- Large workflows (hundreds of thousands of runs) can now be accessed without performance issues
Enhanced Email Compliance Logging
Additional debug logging has been added to CAN-SPAM approval processes.
- Provides better visibility into approval failures
- Helps teams troubleshoot and resolve issues more quickly
More Flexible Survey Transfer Configuration
Survey Transfer options can now be configured by region.
- Admins have more control over which transfer options are available
- Behavior is now more consistent and easier to manage across environments
Improved Question Library Editing
You can now successfully edit and save linked Question Library Page elements.
- Fix resolves an issue where edits could not be saved when a page was linked to the question library
- Improves usability when working with shared survey components
Improved Export Support for Multilingual Data
Image Heatmap exports now properly display CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) characters in CSV files when opened in Microsoft applications.
This ensures exported data is readable and usable across global teams.
