Alchemer Survey
Enhanced required-question validation
We’ve strengthened how required questions are handled to support more complete response collection.
- Required questions are now validated at multiple levels for added consistency
- Additional safeguards help ensure required fields are completed as intended
- Limits added to support stable handling of repeated open-text inputs
You can collect more complete and reliable data with confidence.
Improved embedded question responses
Embedded questions (like those used in emails) now handle user interactions more consistently.
- Single-select questions now capture one clear answer per response, even during rapid interactions
Your data remains clear and consistent, even in fast-paced or high-volume scenarios.
Website Intercept
More control over where intercepts appear
You now have more flexible ways to control when a Website Intercept displays on your site.
- New targeting options:
- URL contains / does not contain
- URL matches / does not match a pattern (regex)
- Works with full URLs, partial URLs, paths, and query parameters
- Improved support for managing multiple intercepts within a single setup
You can manage intercepts more efficiently and deliver the right survey experience on the right pages.
Workflows (Alchemer Connect)
More consistent scheduled delays
We’ve refined how time-based workflow steps are processed.
- When a delay reaches its scheduled time, all applicable workflow runs are triggered together
Your workflows execute in a more predictable and timely way, even at scale.
Streamlined workflow setup experience
- Improved reliability when creating workflows with surveys attached
- Invite links now behave consistently across different workflow setups
You can build and launch workflows more smoothly, with confidence in how they’ll perform.
“Run once” actions execute as expected
- Actions configured to “run once” now consistently execute a single time, even during rapid navigation or refresh activity
Your integrations behave predictably, helping you maintain clean and controlled data flows.
Question Library and survey builder
More consistent publishing experience
We’ve improved how updates are managed and published in the Question Library.
- The “unpublished changes” message now appears consistently
- Publish prompts display at the right time after edits
- Updates can be published immediately without refreshing
You can confidently update and reuse questions, knowing your changes are applied as expected.
API and integrations
More flexible Teams API
- Teams DELETE endpoints now support JSON request bodies for user and team lists
- Query parameters remain supported and take priority when both are used
This gives you more flexibility when managing users and teams, especially in bulk or automated workflows.
Platform reliability and performance
We’ve made several enhancements behind the scenes to support a fast and stable experience:
- Improved handling of high-volume data processing
- More consistent capture of client IP information
- Enhanced performance for background processes and administrative actions
These updates help ensure the platform continues to perform reliably as your programs scale.
Regional and navigation updates
- Survey Transfer is now available in the Australian region
- The Dashboard is now accessible from the main menu for all users
- Users with access will see dashboards (Clarity)
- Others will see an informational page
Fixes
This release also includes updates that improve overall consistency and usability across:
- Workflow setup and execution
- Question Library publishing
- Embedded question handling
- Administrative tools
Best practices
To get the most out of these updates:
- Website Intercept: Use clear, simple URL rules and test when using multiple surveys
- Embedded questions: Consider adding a confirmation step or controlled submit behavior
- Teams API: Use request bodies for bulk updates; use query parameters for more targeted control
- Question Library: Look for the “unpublished changes” message before publishing
