Ratings alerts can help you monitor your App Store Ratings by setting a minimum threshold for ratings and sending you an alert email if your rating drops below this threshold. You can set this up by logging into the Alchemer Digital dashboard and navigating to Settings –> Alerts or clicking here. Be sure to set these on all of the apps you are a member of, and that your store ID is input here.
