Improvements
[Upgrade] – Added the ability to copy existing quotas from previously constructed projects. This is completed when copying a survey. Overall Quotas, Segmented-Logic Quotas, Segmented-Distributed Quotas, as well as Link-based Quotas are copied over when Copy Quotas is selected.
