What You Need
- A valid Microsoft Teams (Microsoft 365) login
Authenticate Microsoft Teams in Alchemer
After logging into your Microsoft Teams account, you can authenticate inside any Microsoft Teams integration step in Alchemer. OAuth credentials are securely stored and reused for all Teams actions across workflows.
How to Authenticate
1. Start a New Authentication

Inside any Microsoft Teams workflow or survey integration, select New Authentication.
2. Complete OAuth Login
When prompted:
- A Microsoft login pop‑up window will appear.
- If you are already logged into Microsoft 365, this window may appear and close automatically.
- If not logged in, enter your Microsoft Teams credentials and approve access.
3. Save Your Authentication

Select Create.

Once created:

The authentication is saved and reused for all Microsoft Teams workflow actions.

You only need to re-authenticate if your Microsoft 365 login expires or changes.
