Alchemer Survey API Credentials

What You Need

• Alchemer API key
• Alchemer API secret
• Your Alchemer data center (US, EU, or CA)

How to Get Your Alchemer API Credentials

1. Log in to your Alchemer account

• Go to alchemer.com and sign in.

2. Navigate to API settings

• Click your account name in the top-right corner and select Your API Key

3. Copy your API key and secret

• Your API Key and API Secret are displayed on this page. Copy both values — you will need them when setting up authentication in the integration.
• Note: If you do not see an API key, you may need to generate one. Select Create API Key if available, or contact your Alchemer account administrator.

4. Note your data center

• Your data center is determined by the URL you use to access Alchemer:
  • US: app.alchemer.com
  • EU: app.alchemer.eu
  • CA: app.alchemer-ca.com

Authenticate Alchemer Survey in Alchemer

After obtaining your Alchemer API credentials, add them to the Alchemer Survey integration. Credentials are securely stored in Alchemer and can be reused.

How to Authenticate

1. Start a New Authentication

• Inside any Alchemer Survey integration action, select New Authentication.

2. Enter Your Alchemer Credentials

• API Key: Your Alchemer API key
• API Secret: Your Alchemer API secret
• Data Center: Select the data center that matches your Alchemer account (US, EU, or CA)

3. Save Your Authentication

• Select Create.
• Once created:
  • The authentication is saved and reused for all Alchemer Survey actions
  • You only need to update it if your API credentials change
