Overview
The Alchemer Twilio Segment integration uses an HTTP API key to authenticate.

- Twilio Segment Write Key
How to Get Your Twilio Segment Write Key
1. Open your Segment workspace
- Log in to your Twilio Segment account.
2. Locate your Write Key
- Go to Connections → Sources.
- Select HTTP API.
- Open the Settings tab.
- Under API Keys, copy your Write Key.

Authenticate Twilio Segment in Alchemer
After obtaining your Twilio Segment Write Key, add it to the Alchemer Twilio Segment integration. Credentials are securely stored in Alchemer and can be reused.
How to Authenticate
1. Start a New Authentication
- Inside any Twilio Segment integration action, select New Authentication.
2. Enter Your Twilio Segment Credentials
Provide the following:
- Write Key: Paste the Write Key copied from your Segment workspace settings.
3. Save Your Authentication
- Select Create.
- Once created:
- The authentication is saved and reused for all Twilio Segment actions
- You only need to update it if your Write Key changes
