Overview
The Alchemer Emma integration uses API key authentication to authenticate.
Emma API Credentials

- Emma Account ID
- Emma Public API Key
- Emma Private API Key
How to Get Your Emma API Credentials
1. Log in to your Emma account
- Go to myemma.com and sign in.
2. Navigate to API settings
- Click your account name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
- Go to the API section.
3. Locate your credentials
- Copy your Account ID, Public API Key, and Private API Key.

Authenticate Emma in Alchemer
After obtaining your Emma API credentials, add them to the Alchemer Emma integration. Credentials are securely stored in Alchemer and can be reused.
How to Authenticate
1. Start a New Authentication

Inside any Emma integration action, select New Authentication.
2. Enter Your Emma Credentials
Provide the following:
- Account ID: Your Emma account ID
- Public API Key: Your Emma public API key
- Private API Key: Your Emma private API key
3. Save Your Authentication

Select Create.

Once created:

The authentication is saved and reused for all Emma actions

You only need to update it if your API credentials change
