You access Alchemer Dashboard directly from Alchemer Digital using the grid navigation menu. This article explains how to get there and what to expect the first time.
Open Dashboard from Digital
- In Alchemer Digital, open the grid navigation menu.
- Under the Alchemer Dashboard section, click Dashboard.
- Dashboard opens in the same browser session; no separate login is required, since it uses your existing Alchemer credentials.
Who can see the Dashboard tile
The Dashboard tile appears for users in organizations that have been provisioned for Alchemer Dashboard. Once your organization has access, all user accounts in the organization can open Dashboard. What you can do inside Dashboard then depends on your license type. See the Alchemer Dashboard Permissions Overview.
Don't see the Dashboard tile? Your organization may not be provisioned for Dashboard yet, or your account may not have access. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm your account includes Dashboard.
What you'll see first
When Dashboard opens, you land on the Overview page. From here you can search your data, open existing dashboards and charts, and, if you have a Creator license, start building. For a guided walkthrough, see the Quick Start Guide.
