We’re excited to share the latest improvements across Alchemer Survey and Alchemer Workflow. These updates focus on better performance, more reliable exports, and smoother everyday workflows.

Alchemer Survey

🐞 Faster, more reliable large contact uploads
Uploading large contact lists to campaigns is now faster and more dependable, with performance issues resolved.

🐞 Audience list “Last Modified” date is now accurate
The “Last Modified” date now updates correctly whenever you edit contacts or make changes to an audience list.

🐞 Segment exports now include only the right contacts
When exporting from an audience segment, you’ll now receive only the contacts that belong to that specific segment.

🐞 Recurring exports run more reliably
Recurring exports no longer reset their run count, preventing unexpected stops in scheduled exports.

✨ Easier publishing for the Question Library
A new Publish button lets you quickly and reliably sync Question Library updates across your surveys.

🐞 Improved Survey API pagination
The Survey API now reports accurate page counts, preventing blank pages and related errors.

✨ Smaller, more efficient API responses
A new include_unanswered option lets you exclude unanswered questions, reducing response size and avoiding errors on large surveys.

Alchemer Workflow

✨ Reusable survey invite URLs
You can now reuse survey invite URLs across Workflow steps and integrations using a new merge code.

🐞 Corrected survey invite links in exports
Workflow Delivery Statistics exports now use the correct step ID for survey invite links. (This applies to new exports only.)

✨ Workflow exports available in Build & Test
You can now access Workflow exports and reports directly from the Build and Test tabs, just like in Monitor.

🐞 Large Workflow exports now complete successfully
Exports for workflows with 200,000+ runs are now processed in chunks, preventing timeouts and blank files.

🐞 More accurate SMS delivery reporting
Daily SMS status checks ensure delivery reports stay accurate and up to date.

🐞 Improved Enter key behavior in surveys
In one-at-a-time mode, pressing Enter on checkbox questions now advances correctly without skipping questions or causing errors.
