Notion is a connected workspace where teams keep notes, documents, and databases. When you connect Notion to Alchemer Voice, Tracker reads the product ideas stored in your Notion databases and matches them to the customer insights that Alchemer Voice has captured, so you can see which ideas are backed by real customer signal.
Set up Tracker with Notion
To get started, connect Notion from your Alchemer Voice connection settings using the one-click authentication process. During authentication, Notion asks which pages to expose to Alchemer Voice. Choose any page that contains a database of product ideas.
That is all that is required. Alchemer Voice automatically begins tracking your ideas.
If you want to control which ideas and insights Alchemer Voice uses, continue with the steps below.
Choose which ideas and insights are used
- Open the Notion connection settings in Alchemer Voice.
- Review your Notion projects and select which ones Tracker should analyze, filtering by quality level, idea status, and category. You can also configure which insights Alchemer Voice considers when it generates its analysis.
- If you want statistics pushed back into Notion, create the required custom fields (see the next section).
- Alchemer Voice begins processing and matching ideas to insights automatically.
- To open live links to insights from within Notion, click the Alchemer Voice link inside your Notion page.
